Networking lunches:
Each hosted table can sit up to ten delegates including your self. Delegates can either choose to sit with you and alternatively you can invite delegates to join you.

Networking Gala Dinner:
The evening gala dinner is designed with an interactive and engaging format, where key delegates from around the world and across all the relevant areas, meet to debate and explore with their peers the key developments and opportunities at present and in the years ahead over dinner.

Customer guest list service:
To maximize your roi we contact key customers by informing them either through an email with a brochure attached or from calling confidentially & with courtesy.

Exhibitor visibility:
Your presence at the event is further reinforced with a 3x2 metre exhibition space in the main Networking area for the duration of the 2-day summit.

Personal account manager:
To ensure all aspects of your package runs smoothly, an account manager will be on hand through out the summit to assist with the whole process and will be available on site to ensure your package is executed to your satisfactory.

Event prospectus:
Your full corporate profile & representative bios will appear on our dedicated summit catalogue.

 

Event branding:
Your logo will appear on the dedicated summit website and will include a hyperlink to your web site

2 VIPs passes:
All representatives will have full access to all activities at the summit over the two days

Prior & post contact:
Approximately two weeks prior the summit, both supplier and delegate will be sent full attendee profiles together with
full contact details to ensure all sessions are qualified and productive.

Terms & Conditions

Terms And Conditions Of Agreement Between Organizer, GBX Summits Ltd And Client For
Both Attendance Or Sponsorship At The Summit.

1. Attendance
• Client will send the agreed number of Client’s Representatives to attend Summit at Venue on the Date(s) and Client’s Representatives will reside at Venue for duration of Summit
• Client will complete and return to Organiser a questionnaire within 28 days of receiving this questionnaire
• Client's Representatives will attend the series of activities prearranged by Organiser
• Client's Representatives may attend seminars, master classes & conference sessions pre-arranged by Organiser

2. Fee
Total Fees are subject to a service charge of 2.5% applied to cover set-up and administration costs. The charge will be applied to the Deposit invoice amount applicable at the time of booking. (see below). Delegate & VIP bookings are required to pay in full within 14 days upon signing. (Please view section 5 for cancelation terms)

Sponsorship Fee:
If the date of this Agreement is more than 3 months from Event start date, Client will pay to Organiser the Deposit (being 50% of Total Fee, plus VAT& service charge) within 14 days of the date of this Agreement, and the Balance of Total Fee (plus VAT) within 3 months of start of Event, in each case, by one of the payment methods mentioned below. If the date of this Agreement is within 3 months from Event start date, Client will pay to Organiser the full amount of the Total Fee (plus VAT & service charge) within 14 days of date of this agreement by way of wire transfer or banker's draft (drawn on a London clearing bank), by credit card (excluding Diners Club) or by Direct Bank Transfer to the Organiser's bank as detailed below:

3. Client's representatives
Client will supply Organiser in writing with names and details of Client's Representatives within 3 months of Event or within 14 days of date of this Agreement if that date is within 3 months of Event. Client will be responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement by Client's Representatives and will be fully liable for any breach of this Agreement by and for all actions of,Client's Representatives.

4. Organiser’s rights and obligations
Organiser reserves right to change the Venue, date and/or cancel the Event upon written notice to Client. Organiser will provide suitable meeting areas (together with facilities) at Venue to enable Client's Representatives to hold meetings with delegates

5. Cancellation
If Client cancels this Agreement, Client will be liable to Organiser as follows:
• Cancellation more than 3 months prior to Event – 50% of Total Fee retained by/due to Organiser
• Cancellation within 3 months of Event (including 1 or more of Client's Representatives. attending Event) - Total Fee retained by/due to Organiser 6. Miscellaneous This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by Client without Organiser's prior consent. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding by the parties. This Agreement is binding on the parties upon signature and Client represents to Organiser that this Agreement has been signed by an individual who is an authorised signatory of the Client and who has authority to bind Client to the terms of this Agreement. All communication following this Agreement must be in writing and sent by first class pre- paid recorded post to the party's relevant address referred to above. All such notices are deemed to be received within 7 days of posting.

6. Speaker Cancelation Terms & Conditions (Applicable To Non Sponsor Speakers Only) Invited enduser speakers must give 45 days notice before summit to allow time to replace. Alternatively a replacement on a similar job level can be recommend to the organiser to ensure a full programme is executed. Speaker/Client will be responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement. A Speaker/Client is fully liable to pay £995+vat to cover costs and damages endured by the organiser if breached.
